			About Us S.K.I.L. Enterprises d/b/a Above It All Balloons was founded in 1983 in Tampa, Florida. We have always been in the helium brokerage business, although a large portion of our efforts in the early years were devoted to the then emerging balloon bouquet and party decorating of the balloon business. As the years went by, we shifted our focus toward the helium brokerage business. We now have a distribution network that allows us to service all areas of the United States. Setting up this network of distributors was time intensive and has required a great deal of research and negotiations. It is difficult to find distributors willing to accept one drop stores at a reasonable price, but because of this intensive ground work, we are able to offer a competitive price for all your locations combined with excellent service - two ingredients that will assure the success of your balloon program.
